IgM Production and Purification (mouse IgM or recombinant IgM)

Our proprietary IgM purification platform allows us to produce high pentomer purity (>90%) IgM antibodies that is virtually free of low molecular species, and thus preserving the high affinity and efficacy binding of the native IgM antibodies. Our purification process works well with harvested bulk from hybridoma cultures or from transient transfected cell culture broth.
