We currently have multiple openings for Top Sales Specialists, Technical Support, and Key Account Manager.

Life Science Sales Specialists

Responsibilities

• Manage existing clients while creating new business relationships.
• Identify and develop key accounts in the territory, plan and schedule face-to-face meetings and calls to current and potential end-users.
• Communicate with clients on a technical level.
• Participate in sales meetings and prepare monthly territory status reports.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Work collaboratively with the product development and marketing teams.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biological field (Ph.D. or Master's degree a plus)
• 1-3 years proven sales experience in the life science industry
• Must be self-motivated, success driven, and have strengths in networking and relationship development.
• Ability to learn and sell technically complex products (such as proteins and antibodies)
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Technical Support (Life Science related)

Location: Chesterbrook, PA/ California

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist US customers with technical questions primarily by telephone and email.
• Communicate with scientific staffs in company headquarter in China.
• Review product feedback from customers for quality assurance.
• Support Sino Biological's research areas by providing customer feedback on new targets.
• Provide scientific training and presentations for key customers.
• Attend international conferences.

Minimum Requirements

• A Master or Ph.D. degree in a Life Science related field.
• 5-8 years laboratory experience with protein and antibody.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (mandarin speaker a plus)
• Enjoy communicating with a variety of people and pay attention to detail.
