CD319 antigens

CD319 antigens general information

CD319 Gene ID 57823
CD319 Official Full Name SLAM family member 7
CD319 Alias CRACC, SLAMF7
CD319 Cellular Expression T; B; NK; Dendritic; Macrophage
CD319 Ligand/Receptor/Association CD319
CD319 Function Mediates NK cell activation and may play a role in lymphocyte adhesion
CD319 Summary The surface antigen CD319 (SLAMF7) is a robust marker of normal plasma cells and malignant plasma cells in multiple myeloma. In contrast to CD138 (the traditional plasma cell marker), CD319/SLAMF7 is much more stable and allows robust isolation of malignant plasma cells from delayed or even cryopreserved samples.[4]
