GGCT Antibody Guideline: Preparation, Dilution and Applications

GGCT Antibody Overview

There are 3 GGCT antibodies which are validated in multiple tissues with various applications, including ELISA, WB, IHC-P, IP. There are 3 GGCT antibody for ELISA, 1 GGCT antibody for WB, 1 GGCT antibody for IHC-P, 1 GGCT antibody for IP. Among all these GGCT antibodies, there are 1 anti-GGCT mouse monoclonal antibodies , 2 anti-GGCT rabbit polyclonal antibodies . All the GGCT anbodies are produced in house and all are in stock. GGCT antibody customerized service is available.

GGCT Antibody ELISA

GGCT antibody ELISA preparation

This antibody was produced from a hybridoma resulting from the fusion of a mouse myeloma with B cells obtained from a mouse immunized with purified, recombinant Human GGCT (rh GGCT; Catalog#14366-H07E; O75223-1; Met1-Leu188). The IgG fraction of the cell culture supernatant was purified by Protein A affinity chromatography.
